I connect data with tea – because both are my passion
I’m a data analyst and Business Intelligence professional with over 15 years of experience, and a passionate enthusiast of specialty tea. I work with data in large organizations, while also deeply understanding the realities of the tea industry – from production, through retail, to the end customer.
That’s why I create analytics that aren’t just abstract dashboards, but solutions that genuinely support business decisions in tea companies.
Business Intelligence Experience
I have been working with data, SQL, and reporting since 2008. Over the years, I’ve completed projects covering the entire data lifecycle – from collection and modeling to automated reporting and presenting insights to decision makers.
Since 2016, I’ve been collaborating with Ryanair, Europe’s largest airline, where I have:
- designed and developed BI solutions,
- automated reporting and data workflows,
- built interactive dashboards in Power BI and QlikView,
- worked with data warehouses, SQL, and Excel.
I’ve delivered dozens of projects, all with one goal:
turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
I also share my knowledge and practical examples on LinkedIn – feel free to connect for more insights.

Tea – my second expertise
Tea is not an “after-hours” hobby, but a second field I explore both practically and in depth:
- I am a member of The European Speciality Tea Association (ESTA),
- I have explored over 350 specialty / single-origin teas (exclusively true teas from the Camellia Sinensis plant – available to view in my interactive tea catalogue),
- I am familiar with the production processes of different tea types: white, green, yellow, oolong, black, and dark (post-fermented) teas, as well as many teas that do not fit neatly into standard classifications.
In 2025, I took part in hands-on tea production workshops in Georgia, where I:
- personally harvested tea leaves from tea bushes,
- produced white, green, and black teas,
- experienced the entire process – from fresh leaf to packaged tea.
I also run:
- tea workshops for primary school students,
- tea tastings and training sessions for adults,
- the @AromatyHerbaty Instagram profile, where I share my passion for tea.
I collaborate with tea companies, tea shops, and fellow tea enthusiasts.

Why I combine data and tea
Because tea businesses have very specific needs that most BI consultants don’t understand:
- seasonality,
- variability in quality and batches,
- working with small and medium volumes,
- premium and specialty products,
- decisions based not only on price but also on quality and origin.
I understand these realities and know how to translate them into data, reports, and automation that truly make a difference. By combining my two passions, I offer the tea industry specialized services usually reserved for large corporations.

If you work in the tea industry and want to:
👉 organize your data,
👉 automate reporting,
👉 better understand sales, inventory, and margins,
it’s very likely that we’ll be a great fit.
