Sip & Return (customer reactivation)
A report that identifies customers who used to buy regularly but gradually stopped coming back.
It allows you to quickly find customers worth reactivating – without manually searching through orders or spreadsheets – using key criteria such as customer segment, last purchase date, and the value and number of previous orders.
The data updates automatically – once a customer places a new order, they are removed from the inactive list.
The report serves as a practical foundation for:
• reactivation campaigns,
• personalized offers,
• working with loyal but “dormant” customers.
